On Jan 27th, The Chinese Supply and Marketing Cooperatives announced the Emergent Notice on Strengthening the Transportation and Sales of Fresh Agricultural Product. From Jan 10th, more than ten provinces continued the bad weather of fog, icy rain and snowstorm, transportation in those regions has been interrupted. In order to keep up with the fresh produce supply during Chinese Spring Festival, the notice was announced.
