Market demand on yellow phosphorus was weak in July, as a result the price ran steadily in a low position. In some places, yellow phosphorus price fell a bit. The knocked down price in main producing areas are: Yu nan 10,000 Yuan to 10,200 Yuan per ton, Gui zhou 10,100 Yuan to 10,300 Yuan per ton, Hu bei 10,500 Yuan to 11,000 Yuan per ton, Si chuan 10,200 Yuan to 10,700 Yuan per ton, 200 yuan to 300 Yuan lower over last month. Export tax rebate on phosphoric acid products was stopped, as an upstream product, yellow phosphorus sales may deteriorate. So yellow phosphorus price is expected to continue to fall slightly.
