According to Chinese Feed Industry Association, China’s industrial feed production registered 123 million MT in 2007, including 93.19 million MT compound feed, 24.91 million MT condensed feed and 5.21 million MT premixed feed, exceeding the previous year by 11.5%, 14.8%, 1.4% and 7.2% respectively. Compared with the previous year, the share of compound feed added 2% in 2007, the share of condensed feed dropped 2% but the share of premixed feed was stable.
Calculating by compound feed, the nation’s industrial feed production was 207 million MT in 2007, an increase of 9.7% over the previous year.
