The Agricultural Development Bank has recently issued a notice on the supply of loans to clients to promote cotton trading among clients and to facilitate cotton processing, imports and exports.

The policy aims to establish close ties among upstream and downstream cotton enterprises by the chain of capital, conducive to cotton trading among the banks’ clients.

As this cotton crop year is drawing to a close, most of cotton companies have returned loans. The policy has little impact on the market. Cotton price has been on the fall recently.
